通勤電車の中で、久しぶりに、『Chakra Clearing』を聞きました。
随分前に買った瞑想用CDです。 朝と夜バージョンがあります。今朝はもちろん、朝バージョンを。
説明書によると、これを聞くことにより、ネガティブな想いを手放して、ポジティブなエネルギーを受け入れるための、調整ができるらしいです。 そして１日を終えた今、その効果を感じています。
